Enable Guided Access Mode for Kids on iPhone in the US (iOS 18 Guide)

If you let your child use your iPhone but want to keep them inside one app — like YouTube Kids or a learning game — Guided Access is the perfect solution. It locks the device to a single app and disables unwanted touches or exits. Here’s how to set up Guided Access on iOS 18 for safer screen time.

1. Turn On Guided Access in Settings

Guided Access is part of the built-in Accessibility tools. To enable it:
